HOUSE'S RULES:
- Pets are not allowed (consult exceptional cases).
- No parties and no smoking inside the house.
TIME OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE
- Check-in: 17:00
- Departure: 12:00 (Possibility of entry or exit at different times depending on the availability of the house)
- Minimum stay 2 nights. Check calendar according to season.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY
- Child in extra bed counts as adult. Maximum 12 people
- Maximum one free cot
PREPAYMENT AND PAYMENT
- Direct payment to the company
- Payment of 30% of the total at the time of booking.
- In Low Season payment of the rest at least 72 hours before .
- In High Season (from June 15 to September 15, Easter and Christmas) rest of payment 15 days before entrance.
- Deposit: 300 eu (to be paid before entry; it will be refunded after departure and final check).
- Minimum age required to book: 21 years
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refundable during the first 48 hours. (Except if the reservation is made less than 72 hours in advance, in which case there will be no refund).
- Cancellation 14 days in advance, 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days, 50% refund.
- Cancellation 7 days before, no refund (except to be able to re-book the house).
